Kai Kathleen is a Guildford-based queer artist who runs a monthly Queer Life Drawing event at New House Art Space, for all levels and abilities. Holly caught up with them to chat everything from art to inclusivity, in celebration of LGBTQ History Month in February. 

Guildford Pottery is an independent pottery studio founded by Paul and Wing, located in New House Art Space. Holly caught up with them to hear about their passion for pots, where it all began, and how aspiring potters can get started.

In 2025, Ioana set the record as the first woman to run the complete Global Race Series of six ultramarathons in a year. Winning both the Ice Ultra and the Highland Ultra, she finished the series with a podium at the Desert Ultra in Namibia.
