In this workshop, Brand and Integrity Manager at Happiful Kat Nicholls will explore what it means for us to take proactive action to support our mental health. After sharing more about her personal experiences with mental health and how writing has supported her, Kat will take participants through journaling prompts that explore the theme of taking action in this context and what this might look like for individuals. Happiful magazines will be available for some mood board work after the journaling session, making a visual representation of emerging actions noted in the journaling segment to cement promises made.

About Happiful:
At Happiful our mission is to help create a happier, healthier and more sustainable society. This mission was born from two sisters struggling to find the right mental health support, believing there had to be a better way.
They founded Counselling Directory in 2005, a website connecting members of the public with professional therapists. Since then, more directories have joined the Happiful family, and we have over 30,000 wellbeing professionals in our network, including coaches, nutrition professionals and holistic practitioners.
Happiful magazine ties the network together, publishing stories that showcase the power of speaking up, finding community and getting the support you need.
