Have you ever noticed all the colours, patterns, words and pictures on different sorts of packaging that we so often throw away or send for recycling?
They can be awesome and if you combine them together, they can create even more awesome works of art!
As part of Guildford’s Big Green Day on Sunday 14th June, local collage artist Kirsty McNay will be at New House Art Space between 11am and 5pm to show you how to create collages from all sorts of packaging. Kirsty will help you combine pieces to create different artistic styles like landscapes, abstract art or even still life. So come along, give some packaging a new purpose and take home your own unique piece of art.
