The team will also share their Cups & Conversations toolkit with you to take back to the office so you can run your own workplace wellbeing events: This toolkit includes discussion prompts, mental health tips, activities and stories from Oakleaf clients to inspire meaningful conversations.
Guests are welcome to enjoy a guided 10 mins recorded session by Aryanisha Lawes part of her ‘Less Stress, More Impact in 30 days’ too to help de-stress and relax.
This is a drop in event so no sign up required but those who book a space will have first access to the 10 mins recorded session by Aryanisha Lawes.
