Alright, so after cupping with Bells Beans, sensory training with Cannon Roasters, and brewing experiments with Kota Coffee... we thought, what if we just... experienced coffee differently for a bit?
This month we're trying something new: Coffee & Mindfulness
What to expect: We'll be exploring coffee through a different lens - starting with a simple meditation, diving into some fascinating science about what coffee does for your body, practicing mindful tasting, and finishing with a bit of coffee fortune reading (yes, really! ). Plus homemade tiramisu, of course .
I'm keeping the coffee origin a secret until the end, because where's the fun without a little mystery?
This will feel different from our usual sessions. Less "let's compare coffees," more "let's actually just sit with this moment." It's a chance to experience coffee in a whole new way - one that's equal parts contemplative and community-focused.
Think of it as adding a new tool to your coffee toolkit. A way to connect with your cup that you might not have tried before.
