This Month

This month we welcome Natalia Sharomova, a talented photojournalist to chat to us about the creation of her powerful exhibition ‘Unbowed: Stories of Ukraine’

Established in November 2022, the Ukraine art group has been nurtured by Creative Response Arts and Activate Learning. Under the guidance of Natalia Sharomova, who taught portrait photography where group members harnessed their creativity and skills to capture their experiences. Each striking portrait in the exhibition is complemented by poignant narratives told in the sitters' own words (translated into English).
