We are a Creative Community. Our ethos is to create an inspiring & inclusive space for all to be creative and grow their artistic disciplines and businesses.
New House was earmarked for demolition. But in late 2021 the team behind The Boileroom Music and Art Studios took on the building. During the next few months the building was refurbed to accommodate 20 artist studios as well as a new foyer, reception, gallery, and an exhibition/workshop space.
Having a studio at New House makes you a part of a progressive creative community. Our artists and makers benefit from access to secure, well maintained facilities with 24/7 access, a gallery, and assistance with marketing and PR. You also get your profile on our artist directory.
